Cancellation Policy

All cancellations made the same day of your reservation for cage rental and lessons will cause forfeiture of your payment and/or lesson.

Reservation Policy

All reservations must be held with a credit card or advanced payment.

Lesson Package Refund Policy

No refunds on lesson packages that have been started. Refunds on packages that have not been started will be refunded at half the package price.

Lesson Usage Policy

Lesson packages that are not part of an annual membership program have the following useage time limits.
Any remaining lessons in a package not used after these time limits will be forfeited.
