These camps will provide focused training on the development of proper hitting mechanics.
Through digital video analysis we are able to break down the swing and perform direct side by side comparisons to those who have very successful swings.
You should expect to gain the following:

- Learn insider tips of how Professional hitters develop a positive mental approach to hitting and why this is so important at all levels of baseball.

- Understand how to hit in a Big Zone and why this is important to successful hitting.

- Develop repeatable and efficient swing mechanics to get the barrel to the baseball quickly and effectively.

- Understand how to hit to the opposite field, up the middle or to pull the baseball without changing your swing mechanics.

- Minimize strikeouts and maximize your chances of hitting the baseball effectively.

You should expect to gain the following:

- Understand the importance of good balance, arm position and landing technique.
|

- Learn pitching drills that you can work on at home and at practice.
|
•
- Learn different pitch grips (age specific).
|
- Understand a pitchers role in different defensive situations.
|
- Ways to improve velocity without hurting your arm.
|
- Why long toss is important to all pitchers and how to do it correctly.
|
- Arm and leg strengthening knowledge.
|
- Understand how to pitch effectively with and without base-runners
|

Catching Camps

This camp will be led by former Professional and Collegiate catcher Mike Day.
Mike also was a successful head coach at Hiram High School and instructs baseball and softball players.

These camps will provide focused training on the development of proper catching mechanics. This camp is a combined camp for baseball and fast pitch softball catchers..
You should expect to gain the following:

- Develop effective blocking techniques that reduce passed balls.
|
•
- Learn how and when to make position adjustments behind the hitter.
|
•
- Learn tips to effectively call pitches and how to know what pitch to call (age specific).
|
- Become more efficient and effective at throwing out base-runners.
|
